Jane Jones, AP

Born and raised in England, Jane spent 5 years teaching English before departing for the US. Settling in Florida, Jane became licensed as a massage therapist in 1984. Jane studied many healing modalities, and her interest in Eastern medicine led her to pursue acupuncture. In 1993, she attended the Community School for Traditional Chinese Healthcare in Miami, mentored by the renowned vessel acupuncturist Dan Never.

Jane went on to specialize in a gentle form of Japanese acupuncture which does not require that needles be inserted into the body. Instead, the patient’s energy is balanced by using needles of precious metals: silver and gold, copper and zinc. She also uses insertion techniques that work directly with the nervous system, linking osteopathic theory with acupuncture. Jane is a skilled practitioner of physical healing and metaphysical disciplines. Her goal with each patient is to help him or her achieve harmony in body, mind and spirit.
