Survivorship Program - Moving On

Attention all Breast Cancer Survivors, female & male in Palm Beach, Martin & St Lucie Counties!
Palm Beach Cancer Institute Foundation is looking for participants diagnosed with Stage I, II, or III breast cancer who are interested in learning more about how to be a successful and healthy survivor!

Come join other breast cancer survivors for this six-session educational workshop supported by Susan G. Komen for the Cure, South Florida. The survivorship clinical team will create an individualized treatment plan based on your personal history and will educate you on how to maximize your health, longevity, and quality of life.
 

Additional topics covered in the series include:

  • the benefits of a healthy diet
  • having a routine exercise plan
  • other long-term life-enhancing measures for optimal survivorship


To qualify for this program, you must:

  • be at least 6 months post-active treatment
  • be stage I, II, or III survivor (stage IV survivors will be honored separately)
  • commit to all six-sessions of the bi-monthly workshop series
