Attention all Breast Cancer Survivors, female & male in Palm Beach, Martin & St Lucie Counties! Palm Beach Cancer Institute Foundation is looking for participants diagnosed with Stage I, II, or III breast cancer who are interested in learning more about how to be a suscessful and healthy survivor! Come join other breast cancer survivors for this six-session educational workshop sponsored by Susan G. Komen for the Cure, South Florida. The survivorship clinical team will create an individualized treatment plan based on your personal history and will educate you on how to maximize your health, longevity, and quality of life. | To qualify for this program, you must: | |||
| be at least 6 months post-active treatment be stage I, II, or III survivor (stage IV survivors will be honored separately) commit to all six-sessions of the bi-monthly workshop series |
